1. Who Operates This Website

This is an authorised channel partner website. We market the project and pass enquiries to the builder's sales team; we do not build, own or sell the property ourselves.
Nambiar's Beverly Green is a project of Nambiar Builders, the builder. Their own website is nambiarbuilders.com.
We are not an agent, employee or spokesperson of the builder for the purpose of making representations, and we cannot commit the builder to anything.
Our K-RERA agent registration will be published on this website following the project's RERA approval. No agent registration number is being claimed at this time.

2. Project Status and K-RERA

Nambiar's Beverly Green is at the pre-launch stage. K-RERA registration has been applied for; approval is expected by 20 August 2026 and no registration number has been allotted to the project.
Once K-RERA registration is granted, the registered documents — approved plans, areas, payment terms and timelines — are the legally binding source, and they override anything written on this website.
No booking should be made, and no payment should be accepted, before registration is in place. Check current status yourself at rera.karnataka.gov.in.
The developer has stated a launch date of 20 August 2026, following K-RERA registration, with completion stated for 31 December 2030 and possession for 15 January 2031. These are the developer's stated dates, not commitments: none is enforceable until it is declared in the K-RERA registration.

3. Images and Visual Material

No photograph of a completed structure appears anywhere on this website. Elevations, interiors, landscape views and master-plan artwork are alike an artist's impression — images prepared for marketing — and the project as built may differ from them in design, layout, materials, finish and appearance. Where a view is shown from a terrace, a deck or a window, read it as illustrative: what any particular home looks out on depends on the individual plot, its orientation, and the surroundings as they stand at the time of completion. Drawings are not to scale.

4. Prices, Areas and Figures

All prices, rates, plot areas, built-up areas, charges and deposits shown are indicative and subject to change without notice.
Figures quoted do not include registration charges or stamp duty unless expressly stated, and other statutory charges may apply.
Availability changes constantly at pre-launch. A configuration described here may be withdrawn, repriced or committed to another buyer before this page is updated.
Nothing on this site is a price quotation. The current cost sheet issued by the builder is the only reliable figure.
