What personal information https://www.nambiarsbeverlygreen.com/ collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and how you can have it removed — that is what this policy explains. It is written to be read in a couple of minutes rather than skimmed past.
An authorised channel partner operates this website — a marketing partner handling enquiries for the project. This is not the builder's official website. Nambiar's Beverly Green is built by Nambiar Builders, a Nambiar Group company; we are neither the builder nor the developer. The project itself is a pre-launch gated villa community at Bilwaradahalli on Bannerghatta Road, in south Bangalore. K-RERA registration has been applied for; approval is expected by 20 August 2026 and no registration number has been allotted; our own K-RERA agent registration will be published here following the project's RERA approval. Every image on this site is an artist's impression and every figure is indicative and subject to change — once issued, the K-RERA registered documents are the binding source.
1. What We Collect
Enquiry form details: Submitting the enquiry form, requesting a brochure or asking for a cost sheet collects the name, phone number and email address you type in, along with any message or preference you add (the villa size you are interested in, for example). Those fields are what the form asks for; nowhere on this website do we ask for financial details, identity documents or payment information.
Usage data: Ordinary technical information about your visit is recorded by our web server and analytics — which pages you opened, the approximate time spent, the browser and device type, and the referring link. It is used in aggregate to see which pages are useful, and not to build a profile of you personally.
Cookies: Your preferences and how you moved through the site are remembered by small data files your browser stores. Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings is possible; parts of the site may then behave less smoothly, though the content remains readable.
2. How We Use It
Answering the question you asked is what your enquiry details are used for: sending the brochure, the current cost sheet or the master-plan artwork, arranging a site visit, and following up on your enquiry. Occasional updates about this project may also be sent — changes to indicative pricing, the K-RERA registration position, or the release of new information — by phone call, SMS, email or WhatsApp.
Consent to contact: By submitting your details you consent to being contacted on the number and email you provide, including where that number is registered on a Do Not Call or DND list. That consent is limited to this project and lasts until you withdraw it.
What we do not do: Your details are not sold, not rented out, and not passed to unrelated advertisers for their own marketing.
3. Who Your Data Is Shared With
The builder: So that your enquiry is registered and answered by the people who actually hold the project information, we pass it to Nambiar Builders and their appointed sales team.
Our associates and service providers: Three sets of people may handle your details: our own team, RERA-registered associates working on this project, and the service providers behind our form, email and hosting infrastructure. Carrying out that work is the only use they may make of the data.
Legal requirements: Information may be disclosed where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a regulator such as the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
4. Keeping It Secure and How Long We Keep It
Enquiry data is kept on access-controlled systems, reachable only by the team members who need it to respond to you. We hold it for as long as your enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, and we delete it once it no longer serves that purpose or once you ask us to.
5. Your Rights and How to Remove Your Data
At any time you may ask us to show you the personal details we hold about you, to correct them, to stop contacting you, or to delete them entirely. Send that request through our contact page from the email address you used, or reply to any message we have sent asking to opt out, and we will act on it. Withdrawing consent stops further marketing contact from us; communication you have already received is unaffected.
6. Changes to This Policy
Should this policy change — when the project's K-RERA registration is issued and our agent registration is published, for instance — the revised version will be posted on this page. If you return to the site after a gap, please re-read it.
